Terry J. Spangenberg

Terry J. Spangenberg, age 41 of Eau Claire, WI, formerly of Clear Lake, WI died unexpectedly on Friday, April 19, 2013 at his home.

Terrance Jeffrey Spangenberg was born on February 14, 1972 in St. Paul, MN, the son of Jerry & Susan (Harriman) Spangenberg.   He came to Clear Lake, WI in 1986 and graduated from Clear Lake High School in 1990.  After graduating, Terry worked for a short time on river barges transporting goods on the Mississippi River.  He later worked as a landscaper at Arnie’s Landscaping in  Eau Claire, WI.  After a short time there, Terry began working for Aurora Residential,  a group home for people with special needs.  After 17 years there, he decided to own and operate his own group home called Forward Living.  In his spare time,  Terry  enjoyed cooking, camping and fishing.  He was also an avid sports fan and enjoyed following the Minnesota Twins, Vikings, Timberwolves and Wild.  Terry will be sorely missed by his family and many friends.  

Terry is preceded in death by his brother;  Tony Spangenberg;  grandparents, J. Edwin & Dorothy Harriman;
Aunt, Sara Lange.
