Steven A. Marg

Steven  A.  Marg, age 65, of  Clear Lake, WI, died unexpectedly  at his home on November 24, 2024.

Steven  Allen  Marg was born on February 28, 1959 in Platteville, WI the son of Erland & Dorothy (Wallace) Marg.   During his childhood, Steven moved around Wisconsin with his family and he graduated from Turtle Lake High School in 1977.  Steven was married to Linda J. Anderson on August 12, 1978 at First Lutheran Church in Clear Lake, WI. Together they lived and worked around western WI and raised 2 sons, Thomas & Brent.  They eventually settled in Clear Lake and he worked in sheet metal and various manufacturing jobs throughout the area.  In his spare time, Steven enjoyed hunting, fishing, traveling, bowling, darts, site seeing, Christmas Lights and attending sporting events.  He loved working on cars and participating in demo derby's.  Steven was a member of First Lutheran Church and was very active in Alcoholics Anonymous, celebrating 13 years of sobriety.   He will be sorely missed by his family and friends. 

He is preceded in death by his  parents,  Erland & Dorothy Marg; in laws,  Keith  & Carol Anderson; 

sister in law, Diane Fonfara; &  brother in law, David Crosby

Wife  -  Linda Marg

Sons  -   Brent Marg (Morgan Iverson) & Thomas & Tatum

              Thomas Marg (Fiona Crump) & Zahara

Grandson  -  Zayne Marg

Memorial Services will be at 1 pm on Saturday, December 7, 2024 at First Lutheran Church in Clear Lake, WI.  Interment will be in the Clear Lake Cemetery.  Visitation will be at the church on  Saturday, December 7, 2024  from 11 – 1 pm. 

Interment will be at Clear Lake Cemetery at a later date.
