Ruby R. Lien

Ruby R. Lien, age 95 of Clear Lake, WI ,  died on Tuesday, April 7, 2015, at the Riverbend Assisted Living in Amery, WI  where she had been a resident the past few years.

Ruby R. Lien  was born on November 13, 1919, in Clear Lake, WI, the daughter Anton & Inger (Norgaard) Gregersen.  She grew up in the Clear Lake area, was baptized and confirmed at Moe Lutheran Church and attended Edgewood Country School.   Ruby was married to William Lien on October 28, 1939 in Chicago, Illinois and together they farmed in Clear Lake for many years and raised two children, Ron & Sharon.  She was an excellent cook and baker and enjoyed working the annual Lutefisk Dinner at Moe church.  

She is preceded in death by her husband, William; daughter Sharon Rothe; parents Anton & Inger Gregersen;
sisters, Evelyn, Myrtle, Edna, Gladys & Margaret; brothers, Lester, Norman, & Loren
