Robert A. Frank, age 61 of Clear Lake, WI died unexpectedly at the Amery Regional Medical Center  on August 31, 2013.

Robert A. Frank, age 61 of Clear Lake, WI  died unexpectedly on Saturday, August 31, 2013 at the  Amery Regional Medical Center.
 
Robert Allen Frank was born on March 22, 1952 in Amery, WI, the son of Allen and Jean Frank.   He was  baptized at Moe Lutheran Church in Clear Lake, WI, attended Edgewood School and graduated from Clear Lake High School in 1970.   In high school, Robert was active in playing football, basketball and wrestling.  After graduation, he attended Dunwoody Institute in Minneapolis to become an electrician.  After Dunwoody, he then went on to work at Doboy in New Richmond as a mechanic and was employed there for over 30 years.  Robert was married to his high school sweetheart, Kathleen Johnson on  December 21, 1974 at Moe Lutheran Church in Clear Lake, WI.  Together they made their home in Clear Lake and raised four children, Luke, Amy, Micah, & Joel.   In addition to his job at Doboy, Robert also helped farm in the Clear Lake area with Bill Johnson and Larry Thelen.  In his spare time Robert enjoyed eating out at Lucky’s in Clear Lake and at the Lighthouse at Lake Magnor with his brother-in-law Steve.  He loved spending time with Kathi, his children and grandchildren  and  visiting with his parents and his siblings.  Robert also enjoyed listening to  music, singing karoke, gardening, tractor pulls and tinkering around in the garage.  He was a long time member of Moe Lutheran Church and will sorely be missed by his family and friends.
 
He is preceded in death by his wife Kathleen Frank.

Visitation is Wednesday, September 4 from 5 - 8pm at the funeral home and one hour
before at the church on Thursday.
