Richard L. Lambert, age 89 of Clear Lake, WI died late on Monday evening January 19, 2026 at the Deerfield Gables in New Richmond, WI.
Richard LaVerne Lambert was born on June 27, 1936 in Spooner, WI the son Richard & Margaret (Strohbeen) Lambert. When he was young, his family moved to Amery, WI where he grew up, was baptized and confirmed at Redeemer Lutheran Church there and graduated from Amery High School in 1954. After graduation, Richard joined the US Navy and served on the carrier the USS Ticonderoga as a Radio Operator. After he was honorably discharged from service in 1958, Richard attended Long Beach City college and became a draftsman and went on to work at Fabri-Tech in Amery, WI. On June 16, 1962, he was married to Marlys J. Logan at the United Methodist church in Clear Lake, WI. They made their home in Amery and raised two children, Rick & Rhonda. In 1969, Richard moved his family to Clear Lake, WI and went on to work as a technical writer at Do-Boy in New Richmond until his retirement. In his spare time, he loved golfing, hunting, fishing, riding motorcycles, and camping with his family on Lake Brigadoon in Cumberland, WI. Richard loved spending time with his family and watching the wildlife at the feeders around the pond behind his home. He was a member of the Clear Lake Golf Club for many years, the Clear Lake American Legion Post 108 and active member of First Lutheran Church. He will be sorely missed by his family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents Richard & Margaret Lambert; sisters, Ardys Britain, Donnie Ginalias,
Bernie Henderson, Rita Thompson & Beverly Rehn.

Memorial Service will be on Saturday, January 24, 2026 at 11:00 am at First Lutheran Church in Clear Lake, WI
Visitation on Friday, January 23, 2026 from 4 –7 pm at the First Lutheran Church and an hour before the service at the church on Saturday.
Clergy - Rev. Bryan Anderson Music - Brian Wick
Interment will be at the Clear Lake Cemetery at a later date with Full Military honors.
