Richard W. "Rick" Brigan

Richard W. “Rick” Brigan, age 71 of Clear Lake, WI, formerly a long time resident of Superior, WI  died unexpectedly on Sunday, December 16, 2018 at his home in Clear Lake.  
 
Richard Wayne Brigan was born on June 13, 1947 in Carlton, MN, the son of Dorland & Marcelene (Otten) Brigan.  He grew up in Carlton, MN and attended school there.  Richard made his home in Superior, WI  and worked in maintenance at Memorial Hospital there for many years.  He later worked as a custodian for various local businesses before his retirement.    During his time in Superior, Richard raised three daughters, Heather, Bridget, & Jessica. In his spare time he enjoyed  treasure hunting at antique stores, thrift stores, garage sales and the dollar stores.   Richard loved spending time with his family and especially loved watching UFC fights on TV and betting with his grandson’s who would be victorious.  He had recently moved to Clear Lake, WI and will be sorely missed by his family, grandkids and many friends.
 
Richard is proceeded in death by his parents, Dorland & Marcelene Brigan;  son, Richie Breitkreutz
brother, Dorland Brigan, Jr; sisters, Sharron Fisher, Gladys Thompson, & Wanda Laine
