Madeline Jean Ellis, daughter of Greg Ellis and Jasimine Hase of Clayton, WI, was stillborn at
the Marshfield Medical Center in Rice Lake, WI, on Sunday, February 9, 2020.

 A Memorial Service will be at 11 am on Monday, February 17, 2020 at the United Covenant Church in Clear Lake, WI.   There will be a visitation at the church an hour before the service on Monday.

Proceeded in Death by her grandparents, Steve Ellis;
