LeAnn D. Greeley

LeAnn D. Greeley, age 44 of rural Clayton, WI died unexpectedly on Thursday, November 2nd 2023 at her home with her family by her side.

LeAnn Doreen Greeley was born on July 19, 1979 in St. Paul MN, the daughter of Richard & Judy Sherrard.   She grew up in Amery, WI and graduated from Amery High School in 1997.   Shortly after, she was blessed with her first born and met the love of her life in 1998.  LeAnn was married to John Greeley on February 25, 2011 in Balsam Lake, WI, made their home in Clayton and together raised three children, Donavan, Damion and Destiny.  This was a full-time job with three kids under the age of five.   LeAnn loved spending time with her kids, grandkids and all the adventures John took her on.  She was a stay-at-home mom and enjoyed every  milestone of her children. LeAnn loved her family and attended everything that the kids were involved in, which kept her busy during their school age life.  After the kids graduated, she then went on to work at Pioneer Nursing home as a house keeper, but that didn’t stop her from always being present for her children. LeAnn loved to spend her free time at the family Sherrard Resort, boating, four wheeling and attending every demolition derby her boys participated in.  Most of all, LeAnn loved her grandchildren and being a grandma made her the happiest.

 Proceeded in death by her mother, Judy Sherrard;

grandparents, Robert & Doreen; grandfather, Bernard Swager;

niece, Coral Sherrard;  nephew, Tyler Greeley;   & great- nephew, Kyzer Dixon

Survived by

Husband  - John Greeley;

Sons & Daughter -  Donavon (Ashley Sempf),  Damion (Gabe Vandeberg) & Destiny (Hayden Streich);

3 Grandchildren - Maverick, Annalynn & Lincoln;

Sisters - Lisa (Gary) Fernette  &   Lori (Jimmy Arthurs) Sherrard;

Father - Richard Sherrard;       

Grandmother - Henrietta Swager; 

In laws - Don & Cindie Greeley  &   Brother in law  -  Steve Greeley;

Sister-in-law, Julie (Rob) Swanson & Jean (Josh) Nueman

 Along with many other family and friends.

There will be a Celebration of LeAnn's Life on Saturday, December 9, 2023 

at VFW Post 7929 in Amery, WI  54001  from 1-4 pm
