Jonathan D. Frank

Jonathan D. Frank, age 59 of Forest, WI died on Thursday, November 27, 2014 at Westfield’s Hospital in New Richmond, WI.

Jonathan David Frank was born on May 28, 1955  in Amery, WI , the son of Wilbur & Harriet (Suckow) Frank.  He grew up in Forest Township, was baptized and confirmed at Immanuel Lutheran Church there, and graduated from Clear Lake High School in 1973.  Jonathan attended UW at River Falls and earned a degree in Agricultural Engineering in 1977.  He returned to Forest Township where he operated his family dairy farm, a century farm that began in 1901 by his grandfather Emil.   Jonathan was married to Mary Lanett Coleman on March 20, 1981 in Jeffersonville, IN.  Together they owned and operated the family farm and had 4 children, Anne, David, John, & Daniel.   In his spare time he enjoyed hunting, ice fishing, snowmobiling, and restoring old cars and tractors.  He served for 30 years as District President of the dairy co-op,  Associated Milk Producers Inc. and has also served on the local Farmers Union Board.  Jonathan was a member of the New Life Family Church in New Richmond, WI.   He will be sorely missed by his family and friends.  

He is proceeded in death by his infant son, John; parents, Wilbur & Harriet Frank;
& brother Paul Frank
