Isabelle J. O'Connell

Isabelle J. O’Connell, age 86 of Woodville, WI  formerly of Clear Lake, WI, died early on Friday,  January 18, 2013 at United Hospital in St. Paul, MN.

Isabelle Jeanne O’Connell was born on  December 19, 1926 in Stamford, CT, the daughter of Henry & Jeanne (Sohn) Lange.  
In her childhood, she grew up in Connecticut and later moved to Bemidji, MN where she graduated High School in 1944.  Isabelle was married to Denis O’Connell on July 27, 1946 in the Bronx, NY and together they raised three children, John, Jeanne, & Brigid.  She lived with her family in New Jersey for many years until coming to Wisconsin in 1977.   During this time she made her home in Deer Park before moving to Clear Lake in 1987.  She worked as an inspector at Johnson Garment in Clear Lake for many years.    Isabelle was also an active member of St. John’s Catholic Church in Clear Lake, worked in the library at Clear Lake Elementary School and with the local meals on wheels.    She enjoyed doing puzzles, cross word puzzles, and watching old movies.  Isabelle also loved taking bus trips and she would often travel to stay with her son or daughter during the winter months.  She will be sorely missed by her family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Denis O’Connell;  daughter, Brigid Ball;  
parents, Henry & Jeanne Lange;
brother, Henry Lange; & sister, Margaret Burton.

Daughter -  Jeanne Hintz  of  Woodville, WI

Grandchildren -  Susan (David) O’Connell-Gelatko  of  Moneta, VA,
Matthew (Shay) O’Connell  of Wilmington, NC,  
Ron (Tiffany) Eschenbach  of  Hastings, MN, Kurt Lee (Tara) Eschenbach  of  Woodville, WI,
Jeffrey (Becky) Eschenbach  of  White Bear Lake, MN

Great Grandchildren -  Keira,  Reilly & Reese O’Connell, Sheila & Lisa Eschenbach,  
Jonathan, Braidan, Kaylee,   Zoe Eschenbach,  Austin & Alyssa Eschenbach.
