Donald D. Douglas

Donald  D.  Douglas,  age 81 of Barron, WI, died  at the Barron Rehab and Care Center on November 12, 2024. 

Donald  Dwaine Douglas was born on August 16, 1943 in Darlington, WI  the son of Charles & Delores (Burgess) Douglas.  He grew up in Darlington, WI and later moved around and worked in the wood industry as a logger and at saw mills all over NW Wisconsin.   Donald was married to Barbara Myers in Ridgeland Center, WI on September 23, 1964 and together they raised 6 children, Scott, Kevin, Tammy, Lori, Dwaine & Steve.   When he wasn’t working, he enjoyed fishing, watching the news and sports, especially the Green Bay Packers.  Donald had been living in Barron for the past year.

He proceeded in death by parents Charles & Delores Douglas; sister, Janice; and 2 grandchildren

He is survived by

Scott (Brenda)  Douglas  -  Frederic, WI

Kevin (Tina)  Douglas  -  Lewis, WI

Tammy (Fred)  Dame  -  Canyon Lake, TX

Dwaine Douglas  -  Luck, WI

Steve (Melody) Douglas  -  Almena, WI

11 Grandchildren  &  14 Great Grandchildren

A Celebration of Don’s life will be on Monday, November 18, 2024 from 12  -  2 pm at the

Scheuermann Funeral Home in Clear Lake,  WI

Interment will be at the Clear Lake  Cemetery
