Beverly A. Olson

Beverly  A. Olson, age 82, of rural Clayton, WI breathed her last breath on earth on Friday evening, June 14, 2024 at Regions Hospital in St. Paul, MN and was fully restored to health as she entered heaven to be with Jesus.

Beverly Andrean Olson was born on January 28, 1942 in Barron, WI the daughter of Theodore & Luella (Warner) Carlson.  She grew up near Cameron, WI and attended school in Rice Lake and Cameron.  Bev was married to Richard Olson in 1965 and together they owned and operated a dairy farm in rural Clayton and raised 2 sons, Mike & Todd.    Over the years, Bev worked in several capacities, but she was most known for her crafting and decorating skills. Together, she and her sister Shirley owned two gift shops filled with the most beautiful home decor, much of which they hand created.  In addition to operating the “Season of the Hearts” stores in Turtle Lake and Cameron, they also took part in many craft shows over the years. Bev was a great cook and appreciated a good delicious meal.  She was the one who hosted the most wonderful Christmas celebrations for the entire family who are proud and thankful to say the tradition went on for 65 years on the same day each year, Christmas Eve.   Bev was a definite favorite with all her nieces and nephews and will be sorely missed by her family and many friends. 

Preceded in death by her husband,  Richard Olson; parents, Ted and Luella Carlson;  and brother Roger Carlson. 

Survived by her sons, Mike Olson  & Todd Olson  -  Clayton, WI

Sister   -  Shirley Tangwall  -  Cumberland, WI

Many nieces and nephews. 

And many other family members and friends.

Memorial service will be 11AM on Thursday, June 20, 2024 at Faith Lutheran Church, 134 South Prentice Street Clayton, WI.

There will be a Visitation from 4-7 pm at Faith Lutheran Church in Clayton, WI on Wednesday, June 19, 2024 and again

on Thursday from 10AM until the time of service at church.

Interment will be on a later date at Marsh Lake Cemetery .
