Anita F. Mohr

Anita F. Mohr, age 82 of Prairie Farm, WI, formerly of St. Paul, MN passed  away on Friday, October 29, 2021 at the Pioneer Nursing Home in Prairie Farm, WI.   

Anita Faye Mohr was born on February 8, 1939 in Fairport, KS, the daughter  of Floyd & Mary (Brainerd) Clark.  She grew up in Kansas, graduated from Plainview High School in 1956 and went on to attend  business school in Manhattan, Kansas.   Anita was married to Alan Roelfs in 1957 and together they raised 3 children, David, Judith & Lorene.  They later divorced.  Anita then attended Century College in Mahtomedi, MN receiving a general office diploma and began working at Swenson Anderson & Associated in Minneapolis.  In 1987, Anita was married to James F. Mohr at the Arlington Hills United Methodist Church in Maplewood, MN and together they made their home in Shoreview, MN.   After her retirement in 2001, she continued to work for the Boy Scouts in St. Paul and was active in the Methodist Church.  In her spare time, Anita enjoyed doing crafts and she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.  Due to her failing health, she had been a resident of Pioneer Home in Prairie Farm for the past 2 years.  

She is preceded in death by her husband, James Mohr;  & her parents Floyd & Mary Clark

There will be a Celebration of Life Gathering from 11 AM to 1 PM on Saturday, November 6, 2021 at the Scheuermann-Hammer Funeral Home in Clear Lake, WI. 

Interment will be at the Clear Lake Cemetery following the gathering.  

In lieu of flowers the family prefers  memorials for Alzheimer Research.   

Scheuermann Funeral Home and Cremation Services are handling the arrangements.
