Andrew Hornick, Jr., age 74 of Vance Creek, WI, died unexpectedly at Mayo Health Clinic Hospital in Eau Claire, WI on Saturday, October 19, 2024.
Andrew Hornick, Jr. was born on April 4, 1950, in Amery, WI, the son of Andrew, Sr. & Catherine (Jedinak) Hornick. He grew up on the family farm in Vance Creek Township, was baptized and confirmed at Holy Trinity Orthodox Church in Clayton and graduated from Clear Lake High School in 1968. Andrew was voted homecoming king, played football and wrestled during his time at school. He was married to Lucy Humpal on April 12, 1980 at First Lutheran Church in Clayton and together they raised 3 children, Jeremy, Corey and Lindsey. They later divorced. Andrew continued to operate his dairy farm up until the time of his death. In his spare time, he enjoyed watching sports and news and loved spending time visiting with his family and friends.
